Game Objective:

Your goal is to enjoy a guided meditation session to relax, recenter, and find inner harmony. You will be accompanied by an Artificial Intelligence, specialized in meditation, who will guide you throughout your journey.

How to Play:

• Put on your VR headset: Ensure you are comfortably seated, put on your VR headset, and take a moment to relax.
• Game Controls:
  • Teleport and Interact: Use the trigger button to teleport and interact with interfaces.
  • Voice Interaction: Hold down the "A" button and speak to respond to the AI.
  • Send Response: Click on the send icon in the chat.
  • Access Menu: Click on the "menu" button for more information and settings.

• Explore the landscape: Look around to admire the beauty of the natural surroundings. Enjoy the calm of the lake and the crackling campfire.
• Start the meditation session: When you are ready, enter your OpenAI API key and click "Start". Using the API costs a few cents and depends on your usage. After that, the AI will lead you through the meditation by offering breathing exercises and moments of reflection.
• Customize your experience: You have the option to talk to the AI at any time. Simply say how you feel, if you need a break, or if you'd like to customize the session to your preferences.
• Savor the tranquility: Let yourself be carried away by the guided meditation, relax, and find inner harmony.

• Wear headphones for full audio immersion.
